Installation method of rigid support

Installation conditions:
1. Avoid taking root in infill walls and concrete beam bottoms.
2. This type of support should be installed on the bearing members with concrete strength grade ≥C30.
3. If the support is installed in wet environment and outdoors, it is recommended to use hot-dip zinc products.
4. In order to ensure that the anchoring force of the expansion anchor bolt meets the requirements, the anchor bolt must be driven into the specified depth.
Notes:
1. It is recommended to leave a safety margin of 50CM at the lower end of the support.
2. The support shall be installed vertically, without side bending or skew.
3. Cut the channel steel with the back scale line as the cutting point, do not cut the back hole.
4. In order to ensure the good stress of the support, the pre-tightening torque of grade 8.8 bolts is as follows: Hexagon bolt M10 bolt =40~50Nm, M12 bolt =50~70Nm.
5. On-site installation personnel must not drag the pipeline directly on the support.
6. All support selection and support spacing are subject to the data provided by professional design units.
